Mylance was born from a vision to transform the fractional consulting world. Founded by Bradley Jacobs, a former Uber executive, Mylance started as a solution to the challenges Bradley faced in his consulting journey. After leaving Uber, Bradley’s transition from the structured corporate world to the dynamic realm of fractional leadership revealed a glaring gap in the market: the lack of specialized support for fractional professionals to build their businesses.
Driven by his own challenges in navigating the consulting landscape, Bradley envisioned a platform that would not only streamline the lead generation process but also imbue it with a level of personalization and quality unseen in the industry. His goal was to create a service that not only provided leads but fostered growth, development, and success for fractional executives.
In 2020, Bradley transformed this vision into reality with the founding of Mylance. Starting from his own experiences and lessons learned, he built Mylance on the principles of quality, personalization, and innovation. The company quickly grew, not just in size but in its comprehensive understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by fractional executives and consultants.

Bradley worked in Operations at Uber from 2014-2018 across Rides, Eats, and Freight.
October 2018, Bradley left Uber. He was tired of building businesses for someone else, and he felt like he had reached his ceiling.
He found his first part-time consulting client and was blown away: "They paid me $250 / hr for 25 hours per week! I was all of a sudden making $25k per month working part-time"
